This is my run at the Ultra Trail Cape Town 2019 100km race. This was the last event of the Ultra Trail World Tour races for the year, and drew a stellar field.
I ran with my GoPro, and took it out when i could, mostly during the first half of the race, as is evident in the footage.
What an incredible day it was. I finished in 12;48, in 30th position and got to run the last 40km with Ryan Sandes. What a vibe.
So stoked with how everything went, all the support on the route, and how much beer there was waiting at the finish line.
