Todays recipe is modestly modern as far as classics go, its the 'Picante De La Casa', also known as the 'Soho House Tonic'. Its a spicy and herbaceous twist on the classic margarita invented by Chris Ojeda at the Soho house in west Hollywood and since became the most popular serve at all Soho Houses as well as making it onto the list of Diffords Guide top 100 cocktails last year.
