Personal Lubricants for Vaginal Dryness at Perimenopause and Menopause: MenopauseWize

Описание к видео Personal Lubricants for Vaginal Dryness at Perimenopause and Menopause: MenopauseWize

Vaginal lubricants can be an easy option for women because of their advantages.

They are over the counter - which means you don't need a prescription - which means if you are shy - you don't need to go ask anyone for it.
They are easily available - from Amazon to the local pharmacy (or chemist ki dukaan) - they are everywhere.
They are relatively inexpensive as compared to other options.

BUT

Lubricants also have their own disadvantages
some of them can cause irritation - so if you are going to use a vaginal lubricant be sure to test it on a small patch of skin for 24 hours before using it internally. But remember, sometimes someone with a clear skin patch can still have vaginal irritation with a lubricant.
Using a lubricant simply takes care of the friction during intercourse and isn't a great option for someone who has other symptoms of the genitourinary syndrome of menopause - such as a burning sensation in the vagina or urinary symptoms that I discussed in my previous reel.
With the number of lubricants available in the market, choosing can be confusing. Let's discuss the different types of lubricants in my next post.
