This 1960 Gerry Anderson series was his first use of the 'Supermarionation' technique, although they hadn't come up with that term as yet. The premise, about a Sheriff with four magic feathers that could do things like make animals talk and shoot guns hands-free, is a bit silly. But it ran for 39 episodes and paved the way for the well-loved Gerry Anderson shows to come. Barry Gray (who came up with the idea for this series) provided the music, including the theme 'Two Gun Tex of Texas', performed by Michael Holliday.
