The PhD is the highest level of educational attainment in many fields. Most academics and business people study for a doctorate for their own particular reason. Having spent over 20 years in the private sector, when I decided I wanted to be an academic, I also wanted to be able to enjoy the full spec of being one and that includes being able to conduct research.
When I decided to study for a PhD, I had to think of the best way to enjoy the experience.
I have always studied in the U.K., so Poland was a different experience for me, but the university of Gdansk, Poland came highly recorded. In this video, I will show you how I went from just someone with an inquisitive mind about a subject to being a passionate supporter of research.
Please come on the journey with me and if you have always wandered if you can get a doctorate, I can assure you that with a lot of hard work and dedication you can do it as well. Of course there are moments of self doubts and challenges. Hope you will enjoy my experience
