Testing Out My New Shimano SLX DC Reel • KrankMyBait

I finally got myself a Shimano reel! I couldn’t wait to try this thing out, so I took it out solo. Just the reel and a Googan Squad gold series go-to rod. I fished for about 3 ish hours only using a Texas rig. COULD OF had 12 fish…Watch to see how many I actually caught.

Reel is a Shimano SLX DC 70XG
Rod is a Googan Squad/Catch Co. gold series go-to rod
All baits used were Googan Baits brand.
Green Pumpkin krackin craw, and green pumpkin/blues lunker log.
Terminal tackle was Woo tungsten and Googan Baits brand.
