The SKULL CAVE and Hodge Close Quarry Wild Camp Lake District

Dubbed the scariest cave in the UK, I couldn't resist exploring! Hodge Close Quarry in the Lake District is home to both Cathedral Cave and Skull Cave - the reflection in the water looks like a skull when you turn it around which is why people call it the scariest cave in the UK. Great place for diving too with underwater caverns to explore!
