For these 5 chest exercises you will need a few pieces of equipment. First, you’ll need your foam roller. You could also use a yoga block in a pinch. A yoga ball is also helpful, but you can substitute a convenient bench or stool. Finally, a strength band, one with just a little bit of tension.
