This event will feature some of the best Cabernet based wines in the business … featuring a 2004 Screaming Eagle valued at over $2600 a bottle… and over $7500 total of retail wine value/over $10,000 total food and beverage being provided. All wines are tasted blind and then revealed: we do this for to enhance the experience, to learn, to see what you like, without bias. Dinner is provided and we will of course meet any dietary restrictions with advanced notice. The food and service at Tin Roof Bistro is exceptional! Educator and winemaker Ian Blackburn, CSW hosts the evening, and guides you through a fun, social and humorous evening of great wine, food and laughs.
