In this video, I’m going to show you how to use AnyDesk on your VPS or computer for remote desktop support.

Getting started with AnyDesk is straightforward:

1. If you're using ValeryVPS, AnyDesk will already be available on your desktop.
2. If you don’t have it yet, go to anydesk.com and head over to the downloads section.
3. Choose the Windows version and download it.
4. Once the download is complete, run the file.

No installation or extra setup is needed — AnyDesk is ready to use immediately!

When AnyDesk opens, you’ll see your unique address displayed on the screen. This is the number you'll need to provide when scheduling a remote session on our website, and it will stay the same each time.

After your session, you can simply close AnyDesk. If a prompt asks to install it, select “No” so that it only opens when you choose.

Before your scheduled session, make sure to open AnyDesk and keep it running.

When your support session starts, you’ll see a pop-up showing the name of the team member assisting you.

Once your session is complete, you can safely close AnyDesk.
