Then, in 1995 having bombed Bosnian Serbs at Sarajevo and four years later when bombed our country, NATO exceeded its responsibilities, which had been declared by its own constitutive documents. What had it been done for? It means repartition of the world and neo-imperial policies."

STORYLINE
Russian admirers of Slobodan Milosevic on Sunday marked the first anniversary of the former Yugoslav leader's death with a special rally and speeches in central Moscow.
About 100 Milosevic supporters carrying nationalist flags gathered in a square to praise the man who led Serbia through several wars and ended up in the dock of the UN war crimes court.
One of those to address the rally was Milosevic's younger brother, Borislav.
"Slobodan Milosevic simply wanted to defend his own country - the state from separatists and people from terrorists," Borislav Milosevic told AP Television on Sunday.
He also criticised UN special envoy Martti Ahtisaari's plans for the future status of Kosovo.
"There is no responsible person in Serbia who would say that the Ahtisaari plan is suited," Borislav Milosevic said.
Slobodan Milosevic's body was found on March 11, 2006, in his jail cell, just weeks before his trial for alleged atrocities, including genocide, during the wars in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo, was expected to end.
He had been extradited to the international tribunal by pro-democracy parties, which ousted him from power in 2000.
Milosevic's campaign in Kosovo took Serbia to war with NATO in 1999.
The alliance bombed the country for 78 days and later turned the province of Kosovo into an international protectorate.
Ahtisaari's proposal would grant Kosovo supervised statehood and elements of independence including its own army, flag, anthem and constitution.
In the ongoing talks on the province's future, ethnic Albanians have been insisting on full independence. Serbian officials have offered them only broad autonomy.
