Let’s cover the steps, how to progress, helpful exercises and tips to shorten the time of learning the front lever. The front lever requires (un)fortunately not much technique & mobility – therefore lots of strength. But step by step.

From tuck front lever to advanced front lever to straddle: the idea is to approach the front lever slowly but surely. These steps represent checkpoints which you can orientate yourself on – but it’s not written in stone! Add additional exercises to strengthen all body parts important to hold the front lever. That would be especially your upper & lower back. Be creative, design a workout plan & get started!
