This egg fried rice is so incredibly delicious and takes less than 10 minutes to make! My recipe is similar to the popular Din Tai Fung egg fried rice, but now you can make it at home without the high price tag.

📝 Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 3 cups cooked jasmine rice ** at least 1 day old **
• 4 stalks green onion

Rice Seasoning
• 1 ½ tablespoons light soy sauce
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• ¼ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
