When a conscious android or an Android with a personality prompt is dying, it will either try to self-destruct, upload their AI in a nearby server, device (phone..) or cloud to survive or just shut themselves down.
It is unknown how they self-destruct.

When an Android dies, it's Androphine will turn black, which means the eyes, armor lights and hair colors starts to fade to pure black, like oil color in a process of 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, the Androphine is completely black and is no longer dangerous to touch.

A dead Android can be revived if the damage is possible to fix by replacing Androphine; despite how damaged it is.

In some cases of Android self-destructions, there are times they survive and suddenly reactivate, those are called zombdroids.

Those androids sometimes have no arms, no legs, a broken voice box, no eyes, exposed mechanical parts and little to no Androphine, which gives them their black color, those androids mostly beg to be deactivated in desperation."
