Traxxas UDR and Losi 5ive T, testing the aluminum stuff

What better way to test all the aluminum upgrades, than to test the UDR against a Losi 5ive-T?

To be short, I ran 2 packs of batteries and rolled over countless times. Even hit my bud at full speed (sorry man!) and after one and a half hour, nothing was broken. Even the mirrors were still on! Just one of the steering arms had a ball joint popped, but that was 3 seconds to pop it back.

I still need to clean the truck, but so far... nothing.

We did some sprints in rough terrain. Too bad, filming and driving at full speed isn't really easy (one hand steering, trying to keep the camera pointed at the cars), so the proof is hard to see in the footage. UDR beats the Losi on both acceleration and top speed, even in this rough terrain.

We expected carnage on both trucks, so I also brought the XO-1 and the LRP. But since nothing broke, we never came to drive the two road cars. Probably somewhere next week.
