It's been well over a year since I last really posted anything about my LF2 mod. I might as well make a new start since the A-Engine is coming out somewhat soon. The overall goal of this mod is to bring in new characters and mechanics, while ultimately presenting it in a balanced setting.

LouisEX is a fully functional character. He is made to work independently from Louis. To compensate, a stronger version will be made for Louis to transform into. This video covers most of the changes I have made to him from his default version. Read the description for more information.

General notes:
-Louis runs faster than most characters, but since he charges forward he doesn't turn well.
-Dash Thunder Punch has been tweaked to work better with his lowered dash velocity (it was the same as Armor Louis: the best aerial mobility in the game).
-Phoenix Dance costs around 125 MP. Its damage is lowered a good amount, but it has more options.
-I also fixed his item properties so he isn't broken with them either.
-Punches are weaker too. I had to make him in line with the rest of the cast.
-The awkward Phoenix Dance from a grab will be fixed later. Marti had the code like that so don't get mad at me for screwing that up.
-It is possible to do a dash attack after running, but I was too far away to hit Bat.
-Phoenix Claw (GFJ) is stronger than the swing, but does not work in every situation with Phoenix Dance as it is slower. It also works as a projectile breaker.
-He gains a backwards attack (JA) due to a miscommunication with my spriter. Useless, but neat.
-His jumping attack has a small delay to prevent him from hitting opponents the very first frame. The ability to dash out of a jump attack is universal throughout the roster.
-I toned Phoenix Palm severely for EX, but it is still useful to pressure opponents.
-An extra run attack is made in case Louis runs out of MP. It works just like his normal attack although with a little less range and power.
