3 ingredients Mango Mousse | Easy peasy mango Mousse recipe | easy mango desserts

Had couple of very ripe and sweet mangoes which doesn't hold it's shape, so decided to puree it and use it for making lassi or mousse. I just used 2 ingredients (mango & heavy cream) but if you have sweet teeth, add icing sugar or condensed milk for sweetness.

How i made it?
1. I used pulp from 2 big mangoes. Puree it. Taste and sugar or condensed milk if needed. No need to add water.
2. In a large bowl, add heavy cream. Beat it in uniform speed until soft peak forms.
3. Save some mango puree, add the remaining to the cream. Mix just until incorporated. Do not overbeat. At this stage, taste & adjust the sugar if needed.
4. Now take small jars, layer mango puree first and then add mango cream mixture.
5. Refrigerate overnight & enjoy!
