1. The Festival of Trees-St. Francis Foundation Bon Secours Health. This is the 37th Annual Festival of Trees (2022) November 18th-December 26th. Locations Hyatt Regency Downtown Greenville, Embassy Suites River Place and the Courtyard Marriott. There are 71 trees decorated by local florists, schools and businesses. The proceeds will go to support a second mammography coach bus.
2. Stroll through the beautiful tree lined lit streets downtown Greenville. Enjoy the shops and dining options. Mast General Store and O.P. Taylor's Toy Store. River Street Sweets, Roost, Kilwins, Tupelo Honey, Basil Thai Cuisine. One City Plaza.
3. Book a special stay downtown in one of the luxury hotels: Embassy Suites River Place, The Grand Bohemian Lodge, Hyatt Regency, Courtyard Marriott, aloft hotels, Westin Poinsett.
4. Ice on Main- Ice Skating near Courtyard Marriott. Reservations can be made at iceonmain.com. 1 hour skate sessions. 2022 pricing Adults $10.00 (13+) Children (3-12) $8.00, children (2 and younger) free. Skate scooter rental $2.00 (12 and younger). Limited capacity.

6. Take a motorized sleigh ride with Santa or a carriage ride downtown. Tony Mullinax operates the Santa's Sleigh. 864.616.9424. See their Facebook page for more information. The carriage rides can be arranged through Whispering Winds Carriage Company 864.220.3650. Tours are offered year round on weekends in Downtown Greenville www.downtowncarriage.com. Call to arrange reservations.
7. Enjoy River Place and Falls Park on the West End of Greenville. Halls Chophouse, Camperdown, Jianna's Italian Restaurant, Spill The Beans, Larkin's on the River, Southern Tide, Vintage Now Modern, Smoke on the Water, Mellow Mushroom for Pizza.
8. Catch a local Christmas Parade. A list has been provided by www.kiddingaroundgreenville.com. Greenville's Parade this year is December 3 at 6pm.
Light shows in the area could include Bob Jones University, Roper Mountain Holiday Laser Show, Hollywild lights, and The Upstate Holiday Light Show which is open 7 days per week.
