Youth groups oppose mandatory ROTC; suggest expanding NSTP

Several youth groups have expressed their opposition to the proposed revival of the mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC).

They said that instead of making the ROTC mandatory, the government must focus on the expansion of the National Service Training Program (NSTP), teaching rescue and disaster response and fighting disinformation among college students.
