Cookies that are lactose intolerant approved!!??!!??!

Recipe
1 cup (226g) unsalted brown butter
1 cup (200g) white sugar
1 cup (200g) lightly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp (30g) water
1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract
2 eggs
2-2/3 cup (320g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (4g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2g) smoked sea salt or regular table salt
1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
2/3 cup (85g) chopped pecans (optional)
more salt to sprinkle
