Okay, so this will ACTUALLY be my last video on this... Maybe. SPTVR will be releasing VERY soon so this is the best representation of the mods state for public release.

Disregard the lag spikes you're seeing, runs much smoother when not recording and I actually didn't even see a lot of the lag while I was playing. I think the recording was messing up.
