Wheat flour laddus are shown in 2 different methods. That is by using sugar powder and jaggery powder. Both taste differently. Very simple sweet recipe, which can be prepared instantly when guests visit home or during poojas and festivals. Main ingredients (only 3) required are wheat flour, ghee, sugar/jaggery.

Ingredients:

For sugar laddu

Wheat flour 2cups
Ghee 3/4cups,
Sugar powder 3cups

For jaggary laddu

Wheat flour 2cups
Ghee 3/4cups
Jaggary 2 cups
