Active vs Passive Fill Light: OnSet ep.

Join Daniel Norton OnSet as he discusses how we can control shadow depth in our portraits with fill light. For many photographers, their first experience with controlling light is to bring a reflector into the scene, this is referred to as passive fill and while it can be great for many situations, for a more refined portrait we often use active fill which is simply another light source balanced with your key light to create the ratio of shadow we desire.
