Salt 🧂
Pepper 🌶️
Cheese 🧀
Any Seasonings you like
Oil to Fry

Preheat Skillet over Medium Low Heat
Add 3 TBS Oil

Grate Potatoes

Add half of one potato to pan
Layer Cheese 🧀
Add second half of Potato
Sprinkle with Seasonings

Cook over medium low 5-6 minutes
Flip
Increase heat to medium
Cook another 5-6 minutes

Top with herbs 🌿

Place in preheated 325 degree oven for 10-15 minutes to get rid of some of the oil if you desire.
