In this video, we will be working on transitioning between a basic 8 count of Fresno timing, into a basic 8-count twist-o-flex. The key is to work on the transitions and movement. While doing the Fresno, make sure to work different directions, levels, and arm angles. With the Twist-o-flex, make sure to use both directions as well step in all directions with the first two steps of the movement.
