Ingredients:-
For Coating
1 cup Gram flour
1/2 cup Semolina
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Water as required

For Toast:
Oil for frying
Bread slices
Batter

Method:-
For Coating
In a bowl, gram flour, semolina, coriander, salt, mix masala, mix well, add batter and make a batter.

For Toast
Heat oil in a pan, dip the bread slices in batter and shallow fry them on both sides.
Our Besan Rava Toast is ready.
