ARREST OF PROFESSIONAL GANG OF FAKE DOCUMENTS OFFENDERS BY ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING OF CYBERABAD POLICE
-GANG INDULGED IN SELLING OF LAND BY CREATING FAKE DOCUMENTS AND CHEATING PUBLIC

The Cyberabad EOW Police has arrested five accused, who tried to sell the open lands of innocent farmers and others without the knowledge of owners by creating forged documents viz., sale deed, Agreement of Sale in the name of gullible purchasers to earn easy money in the limits of Cyberabad Police Commissioner ate.
Brief facts of the case:-
On 20.03.2021 at 2100 hours, the complainant lodged a written complaint stating that he is in the real estate business and during the course of his business, he was acquainted with Adinarayana Murthy and his associates who have brought a proposal that they would sell lands situated at Golluru Village, Maheshwaram Mandal of Ranga Reddy district with a promise that they would arrange registration of the lands in his favour if he is interested and pay the money. Further, they have shown ownership documents consisting of the land documents and Pattedar passbooks.
After mutual discussions, they agreed to sell the lands at Golluru Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy district to get the sale deed directly registered in his name from the owners. The sale amount was fixed at Rs. 1,40,00,000/- per acre and total consideration amount is Rs. 56,00,00,000/- for the entire Ac.40.00. On seeing the Agreement of sale MOU, the complainant paid an advance amount of Rs. 8,50,00,000 to M/s Jaya Dhasaradhi Projects LLP Rs: 6,49,60,000/- through RTGS, Rs. 1,30,00,000/- through cheque and Rs: 20,00,000/- in cash on 06.06.2019. MOU was entered on 07.06.2019. After paying the initial advance he was patiently waiting to get the sale deed executed and registered in his favour.
After his repeated requests, they sent a photocopy image of the registered sale deed to his mobile showing that a sale deed has been executed in his name, which has been duly registered. But they went on dodging the issue without giving him the original documents and cheated him. Based on the above complaint, a case was registered in Cr.No. 277/2021, U/s 467, 468, 471, 420 IPC at Kukatpally PS, and investigated into. Subsequently, the investigation was taken over by EOW of Cyberabad and accused A1 to A5 were arrested on 17.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody.

1. Pidugu Adinarayana Murthy (A-1), S/o Narayana Dasu, Age: 51 years, Occ: Real estate business, 5th Floor, Sri Sai Arcade, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad, N/o Pallapuveedhi, Durgada Village, Gollaprolu Mandal, East Godavari Dist.
Pidugu Adinarayana Murthy (A-1), is previously involved in two Cases vide FIR no. 1)166/2016-Maheshwaram PS. 2)123/2015 of Jadcherla PSs in which the A.1 is facing trial.

Further Adinarayana Murthy (A-1) has floated the following companies:-
