Fitting the alivio mech to the trek 4300. After removing the fake shimano acera mech that broke on first ride i noticed the mech manger was cracked. In this vid i install an new mech hanger fron Race TI then fit the new Alivio mech.
please note the mistake i made in having the chain incorrectly routed around the mech. I did re do this but not on camera.
