In episode 8 I show you what I believe to be one of the best places to farm cloth in v1.08. It is easy to re-spawn making it very fast to farm a lot if you wish to do so.

I also continue furnishing the Lake Tower and get plenty of chances to test out my "Bone Farm" trap setup.
