How to See Where You Are Logged In on Dropbox Application

✅ Step 1: Open the Dropbox Application
Start by unlocking your phone and locating the Dropbox app on your home screen or in the app drawer. Tap on it to open the app.
Make sure you’re signed into your Dropbox account before continuing.

✅ Step 2: Go to the Account Section
Once the app opens, look at the bottom right corner of the screen. You’ll see an Account icon — it usually looks like a little person or your profile picture.
Tap on it to open your account page.

✅ Step 3: Open Settings
At the top right corner of your Account page, you’ll notice a gear icon (⚙️) — this represents the Settings option.
Tap on this gear icon to open the Dropbox settings menu.

✅ Step 4: Tap on “Manage Devices”
Now, inside the settings menu, scroll down a bit until you find an option labeled “Manage Devices.”
Tap on it. This section will show you a list of all devices that are currently connected to your Dropbox account.

✅ Step 5: View Your Logged-In Devices
Once you open “Manage Devices,” you’ll see a list of all the devices where your Dropbox account is signed in — for example, your Android phone, Windows PC, iPad, or any other device.

Here, a small information message may appear saying:

You can only have three connected devices.”



This means free Dropbox accounts are limited to three active devices at a time. If you’re logged into more than three devices, you may need to remove one to add another.

✅ Step 6: Remove a Device (Optional)
If you notice any unfamiliar device or one that you no longer use, you can remove it easily.
Simply find the device you want to remove and tap the “Remove” button below its name.
Once you remove a device, it will immediately lose access to your Dropbox account — meaning files and folder.
