Torture which comes from our negative thoughts is not good at all. Mind's torture is not healthy, it is really brutal. To be honest, the thoughts of our mind torture us so much. Sometimes, the torture from mind's thoughts go beyond our imagination which causes great damage to our life. The depression, anxiety, fear and stress in our mind by negative thoughts are really brutal torture. However, there are ways by which we can train our mind in appositive ways of God's word and prevent our mind torturing us. The process of training our mind's thoughts may not be easy or quick fix but it will definitely bear wonderful fruits which helps you from free from the unnecessary brutal torture of negative thoughts in your mind.
