Most people don't know that Tonya is a successful entrepreneur, the Founder of the first Canadian festival that incubates new talent, screens film and has an institute that provides professional development for Canadian racially diverse, indigenous filmmakers media artists. Tonya shares her experience as a woman and person of colour in the Entertainment industry, inspiring her to aspire to be an actor and Mogul. And her commitment to expanding the entertainment industry walls through storytelling and building a diverse pipeline for the opportunity.
