GLOW UP with me after an endo flare up!

In today's video, I'll be 'glowing up' after a challenging health scare and a rough week with endometriosis. I am now feeling better and have decided to focus on self-care and 'glowing up' to get myself back on track physically, spiritually + mentally (which are all super important).

In this video, I'll take you through my self-care routine, hair appointment, skincare, doing my nails, puppy cuddles, a complete desk makeover and so much more! I hope this video inspires you to do your own self-care (however that looks for you) and encourages you that in whatever you're facing... you're not alone sweets :)
