The very motto of launching this channel is to propagate the ancient sacred powerful shrine BHAIRAVA KONA. It is situated in a beautiful spot and surrounded by nature's bounty. This ancient temple of bhairaveshwara is believed to exist since either
6th or 7th century.
BHAIRAVAKONA - WATERFALLS is very popular here attracting nature's lovers on all the weekend and vacations.clean and pure water falling from 150 feet height is the most attractive feature in bhairavakona.especially, during Karthika masam, people flow like a river to this place for punya Karthika snanam, enjoying both the divinity of the ancient temple and beautiful nature as well. Most enjoyable time to spend in this waterfalls is the rainy season, however , water falls flows down throughout the year.

As per Sanatana Dharma (or Hindu dharma ), our prime responsibility is to develop the old, ruined and ancient temples and pressure our rich heritage in order to enable the future generations visit these shrines.
Especially for the ancient shrines situated in the remote and forest areas where accessibility for the general public is is very poor, we need to bring them into the lime light or are at least extend our helping hand to the people who are already serving in this aspect.
This Bhairavakona is such a shrime located in a remote forest area and people who come here with their own transport (even today there is no other transport facility available) need facilities like food and shelter.

In the year 1963 when there were no proper facilities for transportation and communication in the dense forest of Bhairavakona, Sri N V L Narayana Rao and his Dharmapatni Smt Ramakantamma started this Annadana Karyakramam with a noble purpose of serving devotees with temporary arrangements with the help of relatives and well wishers.
Later in the year 1970, new Annadana Satram was built under the supervision of Sri Turlapati Ramaniagh with the financial support from the popular film actor and devotee Sri Chundri Nagabhushanam and relatives and well wishers.
Unfortunately in the year 2009 this Annadana Satram was demolished due to political forces.
Sri V S C V Subbarao garu who held the post of assistant commissioner endowments department fought for Annadana Satram legally, he appealed the High court and the verdict was in his favor. He got back the place in the year 2014 after 5 years.

Karya Sadhaka and Karmata Sri Subbarao could not stop himself from starting the building for Annadana Satram in the year 2015 with the support of teachers Sri Soorapuraraju Radha Krishna Murthy and Smt Kamakshamma, relatives and other well wishers.

It was a daring step taken by Subbarao garu at the age of 68 to stay in the dense forest without basic amenities,transport and communication(even today there is no proper network available).It is a great achievement for Subbarao garu that he could complete the Annadana Satram building with a Huge hall and kitchen including some rooms for accommodation.

In the year 2018, it was inaugurated by our Honorable High Court Judge Sri B Shivashankara Rao. In spite of difficulties obstacles and discouraging factors, he just moved forward with his will power and achieved his life goal.

With the blessings of Lord Bhairaveshwara Swamy and Saint Mittapalem Narayana Swamy, the present Durga Bhairava Brahmana Annadaana Satram is built with all facilities. Today it is inviting all of us to visit and seek Lord Bhairaveshwara's blessings and experience a wonderful stay in nature's lap.
