This is for beginner to intermediate program where you can do everyday especially if you are tired of doing some cardio and standing workouts this is a good alternative.

These easy workouts using yoga mat are: Alternating Leg Raises, Alternating seated knee raises, Plank, Lateral Lunge Left, lateral lunge right, Squat Side Kick, Right side leg raises, left side leg raises, left leg swing, Right leg swing, Left Leg circles, Right leg circles, standing calf raises and jumping calf press.

Do it everyday with 2 times a week rest. Be consistent with all your workouts for better results. Enjoy the music and Let's Workout Together!
