Please join us for an armchair discussion with Mark Lowcock, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator. Mr. Lowcock will outline the key drivers behind both today’s most visible and most neglected humanitarian crises, explore critical challenges to delivering aid to the most vulnerable, and make the case for sustaining support for a strong humanitarian system that can respond to today’s unprecedented circumstances.
