To set for manual continuous use without interruption, the arrow keys can be used to go below the minimum timer value, or set the timer to the stop icon for thermostatic models. All digital models feature an automatic preheat feature, warming the oven to a 20% higher temp to compensate for the heat lost during the opening and closing of the oven door. Additionally, each model is equipped with safety features that automatically turn off oven heat when the door is opened.
