Eleusine coracana, commonly known as finger millet or raji, is a grain that can be milled for use in baking, or malted for use in fermented beverages. While popular in Asia and Africa, finger millet has not yet reached its potential in the U.S. market. Join Dr. Pat Byrne (CSU Soil and Crop Sciences) at Colorado State University's Agricultural Research, Development and Education Center to see finger millet grown in the field.
