本集主角48歲的蔣為文教授和他38歲的妻子玉萍是台語文的倡導者，儘管台灣大約70％的人口使用該語言，但逐漸還是被華語所超越。而蔣為文和他的妻子則想盡辦法給了它們一絲生機，讓台語文永遠活著。


48-year-old Professor Chiung Wi-vun and his 38-year-old wife Giok-pheng are passionate advocates of the Holo language, which despite being spoken natively by about 70% of the population of Taiwan, is gradually being surpassed by Mandarin Chinese. Wi-vun and his wife have given their lifeblood to keeping Holo alive and even the names of their kids - Chiung Tai-u (a homonym for 'speak Holo') and Chiung Tai-oan (a homonym for 'talk about Taiwan') - were chosen to aid in the fight! In this episode, we discover how young Tai-u has used his artistic flair to forward the Holo cause; what kind of uproar Wi-vun's radical protests can generate; and why despite the couple's focus on language, those three little words seem so hard to say!
