Monster face masked with a gerneric helmet as base to wear. If you had your first experience with leather shaping this is a build to challenge yourself and make big steps of learning great organic shapes.


Difficulty: difficult Tools needed: basic

Recommended materials for the deer skull
- 2,5 mm (6 oz) veg. tanned leather ~ 1 m²
- 3,5 mm (9 oz) veg. tanned leather ~0,01 m²
- Black mesh fabric around ~0,09 m²
- Pressure buttons
- 6 screw rivets, for 5 mm (1/5 inch) wide holes and 6,5 mm (¼ inch) length

Recommended materials helmet base
- 3,5 mm (9 oz) veg. tanned leather ~0,5 m²
- 2 Pressure buttons
- 2 Screw rivets
- ~ 1 cm (2/5 inch) thick foam, for example low density EVA foam
- optional 0,3 m² black mesh fabric to cover the eyes


Tools: edge trimmer, cutting knife, burnisher, hole punch, leather carving tools, bone folder, clamps, sewing material, diamond shaped chisel, wing divider, glue, rivets, anvil, 1000 grit sandpaper, 5 mm hole pliers
