This is a simple build you can make with TU3 ,and use for anomaly quest. Here I ran with randoms to show the basic functionality of the build, along with damage numbers.

Also , the talisman was from the new update allowing us to specify which skill we want - and as you can see, this was obtained on switch - no mods :)
