April 2024: V3Cars analyses which variant of the petrol-powered Toyota Taisor makes the most sense for buyers in terms of the value it offers for the money you pay.

Prices of the Taisor start from Rs 7.73 lakh and go up to Rs 12.87 lakh.

The Toyota Taisor is 3995mm long, 1765mm wide and 1550mm tall. Bigger exterior dimensions give a car a stronger road presence. The Taisor has a 2520mm long wheelbase. A long wheelbase makes the car more stable at high speeds and gives better legroom in the back seat, while a shorter wheelbase makes the car more agile.

The Toyota Taisor is available with a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine that gets a 5-speed MT and 5-speed AMT transmission. This engine makes 90PS of power at 6000rpm and 113Nm of torque at 4400rpm. It also comes with an option of CNG with 5-speed MT that makes 78PS of power at 6000rpm and 99Nm of torque at 4300rpm.

Toyota Taisor also gets a 1.0L turbo petrol engine that comes with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Turbo petrol engine makes 100PS of power at 5500rpm and 147Nm of torque at 2000-4500rpm
