आज हमारी किचन मे बन रही है जयपुर की खस्ता मावा कचौड़ी रेसिपी | हलवाई जैसी मावा की भरवां कचौड़ी बनाने का आसान तरीका | राजस्थानी कचौड़ी बनाये, मसाला किचन की कचौड़ी रेसिपी/नाश्ता रेसिपी ज़रूर देखिये | क्रिस्पी कचौड़ी/आसान नाश्ता/छोटी कचौड़ी, शाही कचौड़ी, चाशनी वाली कचौड़ी, फिलिंग वाली कचौड़ी, मावा गुजिया, मावा पेटिस बनाने की विधि | हलवाई जैसी कचौड़ी ज़रूर बनाये और मावा कचौड़ी रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Filling
Mawa(मावा ) 150 Grams
Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 10-12
Cinnamon Stick(दालचीनी) - 1
Dried Ginger Powder(सूखे अदरक का पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
Black/Big Cardamom(काली/बड़ी इलायची) - 1
Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 2
Clove(लौंग) - 2
Nutmeg(जायफल) - Some
Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
Saffron Water(केसर का पानी) - Some
For Dough:
White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Bowl/Cup
Ghee/Oil(घी/तेल) - 2 Tbsp
Water(पानी) - Some
Oil(तेल) - For Frying
For Serving:
Dry fruits as almond
Pistachio(पिस्ता)
RECIPE:
For Masala, take Black Pepper, Cinnamon Stick, Clove, Black Cardamom Seeds, Green Cardamom Seeds and grind them coarsely in a mortar pastel. Then take them out on a plate and grate some Nutmeg.
For Sugar Syrup, keep a vessel on the flame, put Sugar xu0026 Water. Then put some Saffron Water, some drops of Kewra Essence in it and cook it till it becomes sticky and then turn off the flame.
For Filling, keep the pan on the flame, put some Ghee xu0026 Mawa/Khoya. Roast it till turns it golden brown. Then put coarsely ground Masala in it and roast it well. Take it out on a plate and keep it for cooling down. Add some Powdered Sugar to it and mix it well.
For Dough, in a bowl, take some White Flour/Maida, put some Ghee, a pinch of Salt, in it xu0026 mix them. Add Water gradually xu0026 bind the dough with light hands. Cover it and leave it for some time. Then take a dough ball xu0026 make Small Kachoris put the filling in it xu0026 give it shape as shown in the video. Keep it aside now make all the Kachodi in this way. Keep the Oil for heating then put the Kachodi xu0026 fry it. Put some fried Kachodi in the Sugar Syrup xu0026 keep some Gujiya dry. Then make a hole in it and fill the Sugar Syrup in it and garnish the Kachodi with Pistachios, Silver Verk, Dry Rose Petals. Gujiya is ready now Serve it xu0026 Enjoy it.
