Gaboon Viper, The Best Pet Snake?

The Gaboon viper (Bitis gabonica/B. rhinoceros) is the most insane, terrifying, beautiful, impressive, awesome snake in the world. I'd rather take a bite from a king cobra than one of these. So, of course, I had to take a trip to NERD (   / nerdreptilesinc  ) to hang out with Gaboon vipers and king cobras. I sure never thought I'd be sitting at a table with this, my favorite snake, to determine if the Gaboon viper is the best pet snake for you. By the way, it almost certainly is not, but it is so cool that you should probably watch anyway...
