On a peaceful and heartwarming autumn day, as the cool breeze moves gently through the bare branches of our trees, I step into the yard to feel the true essence of fall. The yellow and orange leaves scattered across the ground look like a natural, poetic carpet. Some leaves are still clinging to the branches, and I shake them off by hand so the garden can breathe again. After shaking the branches, I start gathering the leaves, cleaning the garden, and washing the yard to refresh the whole space with the magic of autumn.

Meanwhile, our ripe and beautifully colored bitter oranges fill the air with their wonderful scent, bringing warmth and life to the atmosphere of this fall day.
After finishing the cleaning, it’s time for my favorite part: cooking! With my dear spouse by my side, and of course my lovely Sani — my cute little Dutch parrot who stays with me through every step — we begin preparing a delicious and aromatic meal.

First, I grab some fresh onions and marinate the chicken with onion, saffron, spices, a bit of salt, and plenty of love. Then I prepare a flavorful mix of fresh walnuts, golden fried onions, a little barberry, and seasonings, and fill the inside of the chicken so all the flavors blend beautifully together.

At the same time, the fresh herbs my spouse thoughtfully bought for me are waiting to be cleaned. I carefully clean them one by one, filling the air with the wonderful scent of fresh herbs mixed with the soulful smell of autumn. Once the chicken is fully prepared, I place it in the oven to slowly cook until it becomes tender, golden, and perfectly roasted.

Finally, I start cooking some fragrant, local Northern rice to complete the meal. When everything is ready, we sit down together — with sweet little Sani by our side — and enjoy this delicious dish along with the warmth and comfort of a cozy family moment.
This simple autumn day becomes a calm, heartfelt, and love-filled memory for me.🍂🍁💜
