Total War: Warhammer - Karl Franz vs. Thorgrim Grudgebearer (Empire vs. Dwarves)

The Empire attempts to fend off an army of Dwarves attacking the town of Pfieldorf in Wissenland. The imperial army and Pfieldorf garrison under the command of Emperor Karl Franz and Captain Aldebras Aglim face down three Dwarven hosts under the command of High King Thorgrim Grudgebearer, King Belgar Ironhammer and Lord Kurgan the Impenetrable. The Dwarves send their hosts of Thanes, a Master Engineer, Ironbreakers, Hammerers, Dwarf Warriors (Great Weapons), Ekrund Miners, Irondrakes (Trollhammer Torpedoes), Thunderers, Quarrellers, Flame Cannons, Organ Guns and Cannons at the imperial positions. Franz on Deathclaw commands his Helstorm Rocket Batteries to open fire which destroys Grudgebearer's army, with Grudgebearer being killed by a shot from the Luminark of Hysh. The imperial Handgunners, Crossbowmen, Swordsmen and Spearmen attempt to maintain their positions but they are eventually overwhelmed by Hammerers and a Gyrocopter, leading to a Close Defeat for the Empire. This was played on the Very Hard difficulty setting.
