A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO COLORING | 4. Using Paint Pens and Finishing Your Page | Adult Colouring

Hi guys!

Here is video 4 of the beginner’s guide series – the last one! How I use acrylic paint pens and finishing your page with other embellishments. The book I use is Fabiana Attanasio’s Mythographic Paradise.

In the video, I will share tips on how and why I use paint pens as part of my embellishments, adding a little glitter to your page and just putting those finishing touches to your beautifully coloured page.

Many of you have been asking questions regarding the process of colouring, from start to finish! From how to pick out a page, to choosing colours, shading, creating a 3D effect and finishing off the page with embellishments. I have been avoiding doing these videos for a while as I am self-taught and don’t think I have much theory behind what I do when it comes to colouring – I just colour and have fun doing it!

But I thought it is about time I took on the challenge and at least share with you all my process of colouring from start to finish!

I really hope you guys have enjoyed this beginner series and found it helpful, or at the least, interesting to watch. I have really enjoyed putting these videos together for you all.

Pentel hybrid dual metallic – silver & gold
