'Worlds Within' ~ the making of an octopus painting!

Thanks for watching this short video about my painting 'Worlds Within’.

I create intricately detailed paintings of the natural world. They are predominantly inspired by life in our oceans and always include plenty of hidden little details!

'Worlds Within' is an A1 size painting of a guardian octopus who carries a precious ecosystem on her back. This environment is a safe haven for the marine life of our world, who seek sanctuary from the pollution and destruction caused by humankind. This painting is a first foray into colour and took about 4 weeks to complete.
