How To Make The White Widow and Quick Demise

Today I show you how to make the White Widow and Quick Demise for Halloween. These two Halloween cocktails couldn't be any more different. The White Widow is creamy and smooth the Quick Demise is full of carroty goodness. Two awesome Halloween cocktails ready to go, liven up you gathering with these. Especially the Quick Demise.

WHITE WIDOW

1.5 oz/45 ml Gin
1 oz/30 ml Heavy Cream
1 oz/30 ml Coconut Water
.5 oz/15 ml Ginger Cardamom Syrup **
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
1 Egg White

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker tin.
2. Shake hard without ice at least 100 times.
3. Pour into coupe.
4. Garnish with black icing gel with a web shape on top.

QUICK DEMISE

1.5 oz/45 ml Vodka
1 oz/30 ml Carrot Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
.75 oz/15 ml Ginger Cardamom Syrup
Splash of Soda

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker tin except soda.
2. Shake hard with ice for 10 seconds.
3. Wet rim of rocks glass with lime husk and dip into black sanding sugar.
4. Pour into rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. add splash of soda.

GINGER CARDAMOM SYRUP

12 oz/360 ml water
8 oz/240 gr sugar
4 inches/10 cm of Peeled and chopped Ginger Root
.5 Tsp/22.55 gr Ground Cardamom

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the sauce pan.
2. Simmer over low heat until sugar completely dissolves.
3. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Let sit for 20 min.
5. Strain into bottle and Let cool before use.
6. Will last two weeks in fridge.
