YouTube has a new monetization option called Super Thanks. With Super Thanks, you'll see a new option under videos. When you press it, you can tip the creator and thank them for using any amount you choose.

As long as you link a payment method, that creator will be paid the Super Thanks tip.

You can also turn this on for your own channel. Super Thanks is part of Super Chat stickers. You'll have to turn it on for your channel under the YoUTube Studio Monetization tab and agree to new terms. If you have the update, it will be activated on your account.
